Lo Mein with Beef and Broccoli Recipe

The Lo Mein with Beef and Broccoli recipe is just like the Beef Broccoli stew but in Chinese noodle form.


  • 7 oz. dried egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • Beef Sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • ½ Tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 ½ cups Broccoli florets
  • 5 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • ¼ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cooking Oil


  1. Cook the Egg Noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Mix the 2½ tbsp. Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, and Garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Put the Beef Sirloin and let it stay for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the cornstarch in the bowl with the beef then Mix well.
  5. Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
  6. Saute the marinated beef and cook for 5 Mins.
  7. Add the Broccoli and Cook for about 2 Mins.
  8. Add the cooked Egg Noodles, Toss and Cooked for 5 Mins.
  9. Combine the Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Ginger, Salt, and Pepper in a bowl.
  10. Pour the mixture on the noodles with beef and cook for 7 mins.
  11. Serve
