  1. In a saucepan, combine Mahi-Mahi, Garlic, Ginger, Water and Vinegar
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the fish sauce, salt and chili peppers.
  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes, or until cooked.
  5. Fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  6. Add / Adjust those Ingredients according to taste
  7. Serve
