Skinless longganisa is typically flavored with sugar, black pepper, vinegar and garlic. It is best paired with garlic fried rice, sunny side eggs, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kl Ground Pork
  2. 1/2 cup Minced Garlic
  3. 1 tbsp Paprika
  4. 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  5. 1 tspn Salt
  6. 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  7. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  8. 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  9. 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients well together.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Remove from fridge. Place in the cling wrap and mold. Wrap like a candy and freeze for an hour.
  4. Heat pan in medium heat and remove longganisa from the plastic wrapper.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan and cook the longganisa for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Cover and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and fry for another minute.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
