The Pork Embutido Recipe is enjoyed by many households throughout the Philippines. This sweet and salty dish is either Processed and Canned which you can buy at most markets and groceries or Homemade by housewives, Home Entrepreneur, and Foodies.


  • 1 lbs. Ground Pork
  • 3 pcs. Hotdog, cut in half
  • 2 pcs. Eggs, hard-boiled
  • ¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • ¼ cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Egg, raw
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, minced
  • ¾ cup Raisins
  • ½ cup Carrots, minced
  • ½ cup Onion, minced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs


  1. In a Bowl, Mix all ingredient well. (Except Hotdogs and Boiled Eggs)
  2. Spread the mixture on an aluminum foil.
  3. Arrange the Hotdogs and hard boiled eggs on top of the mixtures.
  4. Roll together with the foil into a cylindrical shape.
  5. Steam for an hour.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator.
  7. Slice and Serve.
