  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp ground salt
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 small potato – thinly diced
  • Scallions – chopped
  • 1/4 kg ground pork
  • 3 medium sized eggs


  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Heat pan in medium heat, add oil, saute garlic and onion. Add ground pork and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add potato, pepper and salt. Mix and cook for another 5-7 mins or until potato is well cooked.
  5. Pour beaten eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side.
  6. Sprinkle scallions and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
