Whipped Cream Cheese Fruit Salad Recipe

I love fruit salad. It’s what I always look for on parties. Whether it is creamy or dressed with sweet syrup like honey, I like the little mix of fruits I enjoy.

Recipe for fruit salad with whipped cream and cream cheese

Creamy fruit salad is usually dressed with all purpose cream. But since I have excess whipping cream from the decorated sugar cookies I made, I decided to try it and add cream cheese in the ingredients to make the whipped cream thicker and that salty tangy flavor makes its creaminess better. Sugar is not needed since the whipping cream is already sweet. For the fruits we will use grapes, apples, orange, strawberries, kiwi, cherries, mango and melon and a mixed of nuts and dried berries like pecans and cranberry. It will be a balanced combination of sweetness and sour taste of the citrus fruits. You can add other fruits you love like peach or berries. You can also try a salad that uses coconut meat like in this buko salad recipe.
